ive taken 17 years of dance. the only thing u can do is practice in front of a mirror. u can try practicing hip movements by standing with your about 10 inches apart, then bend bend your knees as if ur trying to look shorter. while still in this position straighten out one leg while keeping the other bent then switch. this move helps your hips' movement look more dramatic and helps loosen up them hips. but on the dance floor the best thing to do is mirror the other persons body movement, if he sways left, u sway right. keep close to the other person. u can also watch some reageton video clips. the movement is the same. ps at a dance other pople are busy worrying bout how they look dancen and when its dark, it will look like u know what ur doin.

Well what kind of "fast rap" are you talking about, is the singer sigining fast like Twista or is it a song whose tempo was meant for Krumping...
Sign up for dance classes.
It sounds like you don't know how to dance, I recommend a stylish lean back against the wall. It never fails.

"fast rap " thats easy man u just need to move ur body as if ants r creeping at ur back , shake ur hips , stand infront of a mirror and create a twister while putting ur hands down , work rolling and u must know how to lift ur body upside down . observe the moves shown in fast rap song videos it will help . practise will make u perfect.

check in the library for video dance instructions. Don't be self concious, if you are on the dance floor just imitate the others what they are doing, and soon you will be dancing good.

practice a little bit at home, but basically just have fun with it! dancing at a dance shouldnt make you stressed out..you should be ready to just shake your butt out on the dance floor & have fun while your doing it!
