Leave an axe next to your alarm clock. I hear that even the artificial trees are terribly afraid of axes. They don't like fire either so keep some matches on your night stand too. Just can't trust those Christmas trees. No telling what they do at night when everyone is sleeping.

Have you tried going to the shops? Where I live all the shops are open except on Christmas day. Why not have a sleepover with your friends.

Well I work at a hospital and as you all know they never close, as well as the ambulance service, fire departments, police departments and nursing homes. You could just go around if your really bored and thank the people, that work at these places, for taking care of you and protecting you. We spend countless hours from our families around the holidays because people need us. We chose this profession but a little "Thanks" makes you feel a little better about being away from your loved ones on the holidays.

I have no idea, I was thinking of venturing out to see what might be happening, because I am getting extremely bored as well. My family did our Christmas yesterday, so I have been home alone all day. I think I am about to go crazy.

How about volunteering? A lot of people need others around them during the holidays!!!!!!!!!!! Gives you a whole new perspective on life too and sharing with others is what the holidays are all about.

Some of the Denny's Restaurants are open, depends where your from. But, I know what you mean.
