So I have a PSP and I always here about homebrew. Lately, everyone's been talking about 3.02 OE-B. Can someone explain it and how to get it and use it? BTW, I have 3.01 software on my PSP right now.

ur out of luck coz u have 3.01 software runing on ur psp to run homebrews u wud need 2.80 firmware or lower than tht and thrs no downgrader for 3.01 yet so wait for some time thr will be a downgrader dont try the fake downgraders thy will brick ur psp visit pspupdates.com for latest news.. and btw homebrew is like programs for ur psp programs .. just like u use softwares for ur pc..
