no it's not safe, even if it doesn't have alcohol in it. it has raw eggs in it and you should avoid uncooked food or undercooked food while pregnant because you're more likely to get sick from it, like E.Coli or salmonella.

I even have constantly heard and consider which you're to cook dinner the yolk till this is no longer runny. i could ear on the realm of warning and make constructive the eggs are nicely cooked. I hate eggs with tricky yolks so I in straightforward terms consume my eggs scrambled at the same time as pregnant.

Yes, egg nog is perfectly safe to drink anytime, pregnant or otherwise hun! Just do not add any liquor and you'll be fine! Drink up!

I don't think so. If it's got alcohol in it then obviously that's not safe. And if it's made with raw eggs I don't think that's safe whether you're pregnant or not. So it depends on how it's made.

It's safe as long as it's non-alcoholic and has been pasteurized. Enjoy it!
