I'd join her fan club and find out her tour dates. Then, I'd find out if local radio stations in the area were giving out tickets and backstage passes. Then you have to listen to those radio stations online and really work their contest lines, trying to win. That's your best shot.
You could also find out if there are any charities where she lives that she likes, and see if they will have an online auction to auction off a lunch or dinner with her.
The only other thing is to wait a few years until she's no longer famous and hire her to sing for you. It will probably still cost $10,000 or so, so start saving money now.
Regretably, if you do win, you will find out that the dream is better than the achievement of it. I don't think your fantasies of what will happen will come true.

you can sell your soul to the devil. but in that affect you would ONLY meet her, she would probably never really talk to you.
You could become Uber Celebrity, so that you could enter the Hollywood circles legitimately and the greater you are in the spot could ensure that you meet her.
You could write her a fan letter with your picture and ask her for a date. but that is usually a lack privacy issue
but seriously dont sell your soul being a person that is bought and sold is like being a slave, and some masters dont care what happens to you as a person
