ok I just dropped my PSP with the case that came with it....and I think it cracked the inner LCD screen...is this under warranty and if so how would I send the PSP back? do i contact sony by email?

You'll Want To Contact Sony About That (1), Telling Them What Happened In Detail, And If It's Still Under Warranty, They Should Replace/Fix It For Little To No Money.
Best You Actually Call Them Rather Than Email, Since It's Much Faster, And They'll Usually Tell You To Call Them When You Email Sony..
