I'm trying to get my psp to go on the internet but i don't have a wireless network. I have a LAN and a router that's configured but since I don't have WLAN, my psp won't detect it and get on. Please help! I've spent hours on this and it just won't work!!!!

If you are trying to set up a WLAN you need a wirless router and wireless cards for you pc's... or if you want to try to connect with what you have..

First take all security settings off, and connect. You do not say what your connection is. Your router should be connected to your modem with one cat5 cable then your PC should be plugged into one of the ports on your router. Make sure the NIC in your PC has a light on at the back of your pc. Make sure that you have blinking lights on your router. If they are not, unplug the electricity from both the modem and the router. Plug in the modem first then plug in the router.. if you can connect without your virus protector on and your firewall, Then put them back on one at a time... work with it.. you can go to this link for more information on Security http://www.pcbest.com/tech_stuff/WLAN_setup.htm
