Internet problem wit PSP?

Question

Everyone says you have to have a wireless roter to go online with a PSP...But my friends don't have a wireless roter and they still manage to get online. When I try to connect to mine it says A connection to the access point could not be established. How can Manage to get online too just like my friends???

My guess is that they are using someone else's wireless router, like from a school or some other free wifi router that is close to them. My suggestion is that if you can, go where they are able to connect and try to connect yourself.

Or they could be using some other wi-fi connect like a USB WiFi Max dongle ($40) that turns your PC into a WiFi access point.
