Perhaps all those peaceful but not-interested-in-peace muslims are the enablers and supporters of the overt terrorists. That makes them terrorists too, doesn't it?

I think that most Muslims are against terrorism, and there are several of the Muslim leaders who have condemned it and said that terrorism is contrary to the Koran. However, is Iraq, it is difficult for the moderate Muslims to speak out against terrorism, since they could be exposing themselves and their families to retaliation. Similarly, many Muslims in other countries have relatives in countries that could be subjected to problems if they were seen to be vocally supporting the United States.
Unfortunately, even if moderate Muslim leaders in the UK or the US did object to the terrorist tactics more strenuously, it is doubtful that it would have much influence on the extremists who are supporting the terrorists.

A small number of clerics have made statements against the terrorists and their actions.
However, it is understandable why more do not make such declarations - they may be afraid for their lives. Consider the fact that a religious leader in Baghdad, al Sadr, has had another cleric who opposed him murdered and continues to be free.
Also, consider the leader of Hezbollah in Lebanon who, as some reports indicate, continues to have his opponents murdered - be they muslim or Christian.

"If a tree falls in the forest and no one hears it, does it make any sound?" Obviously, the answer is yes -- not knowing about something does not mean that it hasn't happened. It's not that they don't speak out -- it's that Americans simply don't hear them. There are very few people who actually care enough about Pervez Musharraf, Hosni Mubarak, or the Saudi royal family to pay attention to their statements, even when they relate to terrorism. Similarly, Western media almost never bother to cover such statements.
As far as Western Muslims, the question I find myself asking many people is "what else do you expect them to do?" I invite you to click my source link -- there are condemnations from dozens of prominent Muslim leaders and organizations.

I suspect you already know the answer. To SOME Muslims, religion trumps everything country, law, decency, common sense and sadly even right or wrong. If the Muslims don't like my observation than step up and prove me wrong.

If they would stand up and resist then terrorism could be eradicated much quicker and easier. They claim they are afraid to stand up because they to fear the extremist, however if enough people stood up it could be ended. The truth is far beyond all of that, they truly believe that America will fall and Islam will prevail!!
