Liberals of today are the conservatives of tomorrow. so pay attention to what they say, because chances are they will be the ones running Social Security when you go to collect. Liberals brought us Social Security, Civil Rights, Nasa, and the FDIC. So what are liberals good for? Laying the hard issues on the line instead of snivelling about the government having the right to define marriage as between a man and woman and tax relief for the wealthy.

What are conservatives good for? Clouding the issues, hiding the truth, and protecting the status quo.

I am a Liberal and proud of it. I love my God and My country. I believe in an honest days work for an honest days pay. I believe that Americans should all have the opportunity to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness regardless of gender race creed or sexual orientation. I believe in individual freedom. Much like other great Liberals in this countries past: Thomas Jefferson, John Quincy Adams, Madison, Monroe, Wilson,Franklin Roosevelt, Harry Truman, John F. Kennedy, Jimmy Carter, William Jefferson Clinton.

Liberals are good at:

1) pretending to be conservative when they are the opposite
2) creating/inventing victims and claiming to be the only ones who can help them
3) showing how bad humanity is, and how better it can be if managed by a liberal government
4) telling people what and how to do a thing, while they do other and/or do things their own way
5) suggesting they are as poor as the people they want to represent, while they are as rich or richer than their opponent
6) leading everyone into temptation and then blaming it on the Republicans

Thanks to liberals and progressives, you now live an average of 30 years longer because of the better health and working standards since 1900. Thanks to liberals we have better roads and infrastructure, and most of the reasearch and development of the last century came from Dem initiatives.

They're best at convincing the weak minded that they can't do anything with out their assistance, they make you afraid of everything, and if you make for money than they think you should because you work hard at something, they'll figure a way to take it away from you and give it to the members of the 'welfare state' they love to create. Those welfare folks just love the entitlement programs the Dems run ... it provides them with just about everything they need without requiring those people to do anything to earn what they're given!

The one thing all those weak minded boneheads forget is that the money to pay for all those entitlement programs they enjoy comes directly from the tax increases the Dems always are pushing thru both Houses in D.C.!
