Hi.How do i make a link on my website so if people would like to see my other site then can click on it and it will take them there? thanks for any help!

I would like to have a picture and then when you click on it ..it would take you to the other site

If you are using Front Page or Front Page Express, right click on the picture, select Picture Properties, select the second tab, and put the URL in the blank for links about 3/4's down the page. If the picture has a border (set on first tab), by default it will change to blue.
If you are typing HTML directly,
this will load a full sized copy of the image from the same directory.

and this will take you to the page it was taken from
