and i end up guiting my job because i couldn't take it any more
this behaveir went on for a year or more talked to her for about 6 months nothing

You would need to sue the company, not the supervisor. You can't sue unless the bullying was actually illegal. There is no law that requires everyone to be nice to you.

I have 4 words for you - not written not said.

You need to have proof that you had this issue, brought it up to a supervisor, and she did nothing.

BTW, you cannot sue her personally, you sue the employer.
