A woman usually has her full size by age 20, but your breasts can still get larger during pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight gain, and menopause. And smaller during weight loss, after pregnancy if you arent breastfeeding, and when you are weaning your baby.

The only likely things to increase your breast size now are weight gain/loss and pregnancy. And each pregnancy is different in the amount it makes them grow (or shrink). Each woman is affected uniquely by pregnancy, and the breasts will change again after the baby is born or miscarriage occurs. Of course, there are ways to change the APPEARANCE of your breasts. Toning the muscles under them can make them stay perkier. And there are tons of bras that also can make a dramatic difference. Then there's surgery, which I don't recommend. Below are some excellent resources to further answer your question. Best of luck.

The same age the rest of your body stops growing...roughly between 18 and 20 years old.
