I had a flat tire that I let sit for a couple weeks and I finally got around to fixing it, but now the wheel won't turn. It's like the brake is stuck on or something. What could cause this?

It is a rear wheel. But the other rear wheel spins fine. Can it still be a frozen ebrake? If the ebrake is frozen, how do I fix it?

You loosened the lugnuts on the wheel using the parking brake to hold the wheel instead of doing it while the wheel was on the ground, didn't you? You need to lossen the parking brake up through the little hole in the back of the drum.

well if it is the e brake frozen up the best thing to do to get it unfrozen is to take the tire back off and try to turn it with the hub on make sure its not still on and try to rock that specific hub, thats the only way i know of, im sure there is a simpler way but thats the way i've always had to do it, when i say rock it, i mean move it back and forth, spray the e-brake assembly with so liquid wrench and keep at it, it will pop if thats what it is, you can try it with the wheel on by pulling up a litttle then backing up, but if its not the e brake frozen you could damage something, but they are right about the lug nuts, try that too

Look in your tool kit for the substitute shorter lug nuts you are supposed to use for the spare. The smaller donut wheel doesn't go on with the full sized lug nuts, or it will lock it up and the wheel won't turn. When in doubt, read the manual under spare tire for full instructions. Or call a tow truck to do it correctly for you.

Let the parking brake off and remove the wheel and then see if
it turns by hand. If it does, try the right lug nuts like the other
fellow said and if it doesnt - call a mechanic.

If the spare you used is the temporary type spare wheel, you've could of mounted the temp wheel with the inside part of the rim facing outward.

what style of shake? First concept is engine and you have the gas filter out replaced or a track up. whether that's physique shake it must be tires , or if chassis, IE tie rod , struts , ball joints or wheel bearing. final and least achievable could be a a million/2 shaft inner joint or a motor mount.
