I need help! I am on quest 4-6 I think and I need to retrieve a hat, a beard and a coat. I got the hat and the beard... I just need to get the coat. Phoebe Twiddle said she has a store where I can purchase one... Does anyone know where Phoebe Twiddle's store is?? FOR GAME BOY ADVANCE SP!!!!

It's the building on the right side across from Club Xizzle and above Dusty Hogg's shop.

ok phobe's store is located on the right side of the street when u see berkely cloud the one with the feather in his hat facing left out into the street just face right and walk straight and the store is right there with a arrow that curves right. if not use your map
