Merry Xmas to you and Happy New Year. Here is a list of free protection that I use. Take your pick. (Bulguard is not any good I test software in my free time).

Here is an excellent antivirus program from AOL. You don't have to be a member of AOL, to get Active Virus Shield, powered by Kaspersky Labs., Russia. Rated #1, in the world for antivirus detection. They will send you a key good for one year. I use this free antivirus in my own computers and you will get on the hour updates an a realtime scanner in the background and on shutdown.

Quote from their About page:
"Today BullGuard is a well-known brand in the security industry, with more than 15 million downloads and a key place in safeguarding users of p2p networks – worldwide."

This is the first time I've heard of this program, so they are over-exaggerating as most companies usually do. Not everyone is on p2p networks, so their idea of a security application for everybody, is contradicted by this statement. You can get yourself the same set-up as Bullguard that most probably delivers better security and more effective by using the FREE applications listed on the following page.

merry xmas..
y bullguard man.. they dont use their own antivirus.. their antivirus engine is taken from bitdefender free version i.e ver 8
and their firewall is poor and antispywre is not effective.. it has the reputtion of being a huge burden on pc.. neways if u wanna buy go for kaspersky or bitdefender..
free ones like antivir from free-av.com or even avg from grisoft does a very good job too
take care
