A woman's discharge is different all the time, depending on your monthly cycle, medications you take, and sexual arousal.
It can range in color from clear to white to slightly off white, and still be in a healthy range. Sometimes it is just a thin wetness, and sometimes it is thick and almost mucous-like. It's all normal, and there isn't anything that you do that causes it or could stop it.
In other words, it's normal.

A lot of women experience changes in their cervical mucus throughout their monthly cycles. When it's thick and like raw egg whites that usually means that you've ovulating. But you also get a discharge similar to that when you're aroused. Unless it's green or yellow and accompanied by a bad odor then it is probably normal.
