my son was married in July 2006 in N.C. They moved to PA. in Dec.2006 and she left him and moved back to N.C.My question is can he get an annulment? If so can he apply in PA.?

He should inquire in the state where marriage was officated first.

That would depend on the state, but I would imagine that if he can get it annulled, he'll have to do it in N.C. Best of luck to you.

He would have to apply in the state they were married, I would guess. And if it's been under a year, I believe he can.
