use liquid soap. bar soap may be what you want but it becomes a very homey place for bacteria. so choose liquid. liquid is a no mess and fuss version of the bar soap. it has all the same ingredients as a regular bar soap just made more conveniant for the user. such as Clinique soaps.

Bar soap is better for 4 reasons:
#1) It's highly concentrated & not watered down into a liquid so that they have to add antibacterial stuff to it -which the overuse of antibiotics is not good for you.
#2) It's cheaper than liquid soap.
#3) It lasts longer.
#4) There's a wider variety of bar soaps -many which have moisterizers that you can find to work with your skin... won't overdry or leave a film. :)

I think that all soaps are exactly the same. I use body wash with a body sponge, simply because I like it. Soap is soap, and dove is a bar soap that one could use that claims to have moisturisers to not dry out the skin.

Liquid cleansing soap, actual! Bar cleansing soap freaks me out. I continuously think of i'm in basic terms getting the germs or dirt on the bar cleansing soap then getting it decrease back on my arms each time i exploit it lower back. i comprehend it somewhat is not authentic, yet that's in basic terms the way i think of, so I lots desire liquid cleansing soap.

Well try it if u realized that it is bad on ur skin then use foam or liquid. Every skin is different so when someone says that soap is bad then it might be good on someone Else's skin. Everyone skin is different so just try it and notice whether it is good or not.
