Well, I have a ton of negative things to say and if you don't like it tough!
1. cheating is bad and if you get caught you could suffer alot of consequences
2. Your grammar is not the greatest and I suggest you STUDY. Have you heard of that word? Its a wonderful word ,really it is.
3. All the other people that responded, especially the teacher are right and I hope you have the brains in your little "pissant"(quoting the teacher) head of yours to take their advice and STUDY. Yes, there's that word again.
4. What are the best ways to cheat on an exam? People who have somethin negative to say please do not respond. Only answers. Thank you. (I believe is the proper way to state that, correct me if I'm wrong.)

Cheating is bad...don't do it. Here are some methods that can be effective if you use them sparringly. Remember that good cheaters are ones that never leave a trace of how they cheated.
1. Know your teacher. What do they do during tests? Do they leave the room or grade papers? Everyone is somewhat predictable.
2. Don't rubberneck. Looking at the teacher constantly will only tip them off to something fishy.
3. Desks. If you have light colored desks you can always remember as much as you can and then write it lightly on the desk corners to help you remember. But something you can only in the right light.
4. Bathroom. Often, you can go to the bathroom really quick (if you need too). Put a 2x2 "cheat sheet" card in your wallet before the test, when you are almost finished try to remember the ones you don't know. Get a pass (obviously without materials) and presto...pull the 2x2 card out of your pocket, look, and flush it away before you go back. Also, long text messages saved to your phone can help in this department.
5. Acronym Memory Dump (not really cheating). Sometimes, if the test is really something that has a lot of definitions, you can STUDY, then look at your notes right before the test. When you get the test write down a bunch of acronyms that will trigger your memory if you need them. (kinda weird though).
6. The next day. Sometimes (especially in college) you are able to take tests in an area that is unsupervised if you miss the test for any reason on the original test date. This could be an opportunity to use a note card or sheet.
7. The mini paper. You can if, if you are desperate, use a super small piece of paper to write ideas, formulas, etc... on. This has to be super small and you must use a fine point pencil to do. You tear off a small piece of paper (corner) no bigger than 1/4 a baseball card. Get lots of info on it and hit it in the stapled corner of you test on the second page (BUT DO NOT FORGET IT). This can be easily eaten or tossed like a spit wad. This works great for Math tests.
All-in-all cheating is bad and shouldn't be done ever. If you are in HS/College DO NOT DO IT. It can cost you way more than one test grade.

I'm sure the answer your looking for is not "Study!"
To be honest, I never study and I still get through with good grades (not cheating, mind you)
but a good way to cheat is just to have a friend help you within that class; it should be a really good friend that way you two can understand what each other is trying to say
you can definitely get answers from people who took the test in a different class
if the teacher has the key somewhere on their desk or something, try getting a snapshot of it with a camera phone while they aren't looking
In the movie "Cheats" two guys create a distraction while a third grabs the test and answer key, runs to the bathroom, and copies it...they then create tiny crib sheets that they can look at during the test...(i think they write on gum wrappers)
if caught and accused of some conspiracy then you can simply work out a plan ahead of time with your friends...and remember the key to lying is in the DETAILS

Sorry, Sweetie! You cannot cheat and keep your self respect. It will be MUCH easier to just study than to spend all your efforts trying to figure out how to cheat and get by with it! You will not only do better, but you won't have to sweat out whether or not you will be getting caught and labled as dishonest. If you are not competent on your study skills, ask for help. Your school librarian, counselor, or teacher should be able to get you some kind of assistance with this area. If they can't, try outlining the chapters and answering the questions at the end of the chapter. That will usually cover the main points of what you are supposed to be learning.
I am not commenting negatively. Just trying to help you out!

Well, as a teacher, here are some of the best ways I've caught kids cheating:
Giving multiple versions of quizzes and tests to different sections (so they can't share exact questions or answers). Got a kid on that one last month. He sure looked stunned when he got a 0 out of 10 correct. I'm sure he thought he had it aced.
Giving multiple versions of quizzes and tests within a class. That stops the kids who look at their neighbors. Got me a kid this month on that. Boy, was that satisfying.
Watching kids try to copy off their neighbors. Listening to their excuses never gets old.
Cheat sheets - kind of hard with essay tests...not really an issue, but occassionally I get one for a quiz or the multiple choice questions.
Text messaging. Kind of hard in a test setting.
Oh yeah, and what happens when they get caught? Let's see. Letters to colleges they apply to later is good. Telling their other teachers so they get watched like hawks is good. The kid having to drop out of National Honor Society. That one was nice. Detentions and suspensions and parent meetings - that's a laugh a minute.
Still interested in cheating, pissant?

"Plz" don't respond? Are you trying to cheat on an English exam, because clearly you've learned nothing in class. Crack a book. Study. Earn your grades. Oh, and commas are our friends. Learn to use them.

The best way I used to do to cheat my exam is "study hard". This way I don't only cheat my exam, I beat it too.

Hmm. Once, a teacher gave us review questions for a quiz. I wrote down the questions and answers as fast as I could. Turned out that he was asking questions right off the exam itself.
8-o "eek!"
