In the US we have an Assessor's office at city hall where all the records are kept regarding the property for tax purpose.
What is the equivalent where you live ?
Start at your city / town hall.

Depending on the privacy laws there, the council or who levees the land rates should have a record.

it may be possible to find these on your house deeds as there passed from owener to owener providing you are a home owner

if you have a mortgage on it ask them for a copy of the deeds my cost you though ?
