You need to get rid of their program they installed in your machine. Download HijackThis.
Download HijackThis---http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php#hijackthis. Run and Save a Log. When you log comes up copy and paste the entire log at http://www.hijackthis.de/ . Analyze your results. You will then get a screen that will tell you if you have any nasty stuff in your computer. Follow instructions to deal with any nasties. CAUTION: This is a very powerful tool. Be careful.

Disconnect your computer from the internet, ensure that WindowsXP firewall is turned on. You may also want to download ZoneAlarm ( http://www.download.com/3000-2092-10039884.html ) which is a free firewall. Make sure things like Remote Desktop are turned off as well :)

Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and look if you have some strange processes there...
After that you can search google for each process to see if it's a virus or not...if you find bad things about it....cancel the process....
Anyway....save your data and reload the os on your pc.

i would disconnect from the internet, do a full scan with your anti-virus
do a spyware check

you should also turn off remote assistance
