I Just got a new Zune, the MP3 player, it's great and all. But when trying to install the program into my computer! Horrible. It's been installing all night. What I mean is, I popped in the Zune C.D into my computer at 1:00 A.M. Since than the screen has said 'installing Zune software'. Whats wrong with the the thing. I've already tried to install again multiple times. And I use to be an ipod owner so spare me the speech on how better it is.

Restart your computer then try to re-install your software. It sounds like the install has hung up. Thats all I can think of. Other than that goto microsoft's help page and see if there is anything there on the Zune.

i don't know, but did you know that the word Zune means fu*k (the action, not the curse) in Hebrew? major corperations like Microsoft usually hire language experts to make sure that none of their products mean anything offensive in a differnet language, but for some reason, this one skimmed right over them. wierd, huh? you learn something new every day.

I got a new video MP3 player for Christmas,and I've been trying to get videos onto it.I kept reinstalling it,because it wasn't recognized on my pc.My dad finally got the video on there.I went to Control panel,and went to Add hardware.Then,I clicked on the device name.Then,it installed it,and recognized it.hope it works for you!
