In the X-Files, what three episodes was Scully's dog, Queequeg, featured in? Thanks.?

I was really curious. I know that Scully got him in Clyde Bruckman's final Repose and his last appearance was in Quagmire, but I can't figure out what the third episode was. If anyone out there knows, that would be greatly appreciated.

I have no idea about your question, I'm sorry to say, but I just understood something. In one of the last Lemony Snicket books, the submarine was named Queequeg, and the Quagmire triplets are in there too. No way that's a coincidence. Hmm. If I had watched X-Files, I might have gotten that sooner. What else is hidden in his story?
