I connected my iPod nano so that i could get some more music on it using the USB cable. And when i unplugged it it froze. all it says is "Do not disconnect" and i cant turn it off. can anyone help me please?!?!

Ive plugged it bakc in. its still the same. now what?!? eeep.

You might have to reset your iPod (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=60983) or..

Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
Press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 10 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.

Funny thing, I just bought my 15 year old son a ipod nano for christmas today, I had just finished loading his songs on it. And then it froze, I looked on the computer about that, I got his unstuck, try this (Hold down the button, the circle in the middle and at the same time hold down the menu button for a couple a seconds, and see if that doesn't help?

Like Answer Queen said - plug it back in! If that doesn't work restart the PC and then plug it back in.

turn your ipod off or reset it. now connect your ipod. wait about 10 minutes and then launch itunes. update and disconnect

Try letting the battery die, then reconnect it.
