eat some crackers. but dont drink anything till your stomach calms down, or you will have something to vomit up.

Try dull things like crackers or something like that. Sometimes also ginger ale or sprite can help later but crackers can help alot. I think that is the worse feeling isn't it. I am 10-12 weeks pregnant and only once awhile experience this but I found that crackers have helped me. People vary though and what works for some pregnant women does not help with others.

my doctor told me to drink some boullion in the morning to get my salt levels back. I just had my husband make some for me before I could even get out of bed. If I did throw up, at least there was something, and it didn't taste aweful like the crap that comes up when nothing is really there.
