Yes it moved. It shows one of three things,

1.) "The Cure" is not complete and will lead to bear minimum powers.

2.) "The Cure" wears off and the mutants will return with their powers.

3.) Magneto was so powerful that he could survive "the cure".

Personally, i think that it is number two! :-)

Yes, the chess piece moved briefly. Its a way for the film makers to bring Magneto back for another film if they decide to make one.
BTW, did you watch all the way until after the credits and see what happened at the very end?

It moves.

Its a metal chess piece and we're looking at Magneto - even if you were too slow to catch it why do you think it would show a close-up of the chess piece? He is trying to move it and he succeeds in nudging it a little.

Great moment to show there is life in Magneto yet.

Magneto moved the chess peice with his hand after he had the cure injected in him. The chess peice moved but only a little bit. Magneto then realised that he had a part of his gift left in him

They wouldn't want to lose Magneto yet as he has a battle ahead.... (enough said as I wouldn't want to give any spoilers away) But yes, the Chess Piece did move by itself (but why do you think that it was magneto that did this...... I aint giving no secrets)...
Happy New Year X

at the end the film makers shoot the scene in a way were the audience can make the decision if Magneto (the evil guy) moved it or not. i believe he did move it.

Magnito and yeah, he passes his hand over it and the piece wobbles. He doesn't actually make the piece get up and move, but it does shake.

I think that he moved it just a little. in the next film (if there is one) i think that the people who got shot with the injection will regain their powers.
