memory stick freezes my sony ericson w810c?

the memory came with my phone and it's 128MB...i only put 50 some MB worth of songs on it, and it freezes my phone...i tried to insert it into my computer to delete the songs, but the memory stick is always not found (computer doesn't recognize it). what should i do?

There might be a virus in the memory stick.
it has happened to me with my Sony Ericsson W810i twice.
