Sex is usually not supposed to hurt. But in some cases, it can. This happens mostly because the women is tensed (makes the vagina muscles tense up, hence the difficult penetration and the pain), when she is not aroused or when there's not enough lubricant. Those are pretty much the most important reasons why sex might hurt. Of course, there are some other one that can cause painful intercourse such as vaginismus (but understand that this is a really really rare condition among women) and some others.
Some say that first time sex hurts. It doesn't for all women. It depends a lot on the factors I mentionned above. But I just want to tell you something else also. The hymen popped thing, is mostly a myth. It's not because a women is a virgin that sex will be painful for her. Because first, some women already have their hymen stretched by the time they first have sex and second, because the hymen is a pretty thin flexible membrane that stretches easily and without always causing pain (tere is no nerve endings in the hymen, so when there's a pain, that's because of the vagina wall to which is attached the hymen)If she's lubricated enough and she's going slowly at it, there shouldn't be any big pain at all.
So you say you use tampons, so your hymen is already stretch to a certain extend. So this is possible, there will be less pain associated with your hymen during first intercourse. But like I said, pain can come from different things. Whether you're gonna have pain or not depends mostly on whether or not, you'll be relaxed when you will do it, more than on how much your hymen is stretch. That's the best answer I can give you.

First time sex doesn't always hurt, and you don't always bleed. My first time didn't hurt and was bloodless, and I didn't use tampons until after that.
Unless the guy you sleep with has a penis the same size as or smaller than a tampon, I doubt that being a tampon user will be of much assistance :)

Using tampons doesn't really have anything to do with it. It doesn't always hurt, my first time didn't. Just make sure you're ready for it or yeah it will hurt.

Yes it will be uncomfortable. It isn't unbearable. Tampons make no difference they are too short and skinny. Do not be scared but do make sure you are ready and in love. From experience, I met the man of my dreams and he is great and he is my first real love but not my first (you know). I wish I would have waited for him beacause once you lose it honey, there is no getting it back.

If a lady stimulates herself with her fingers and masturbates, will this not stop her from hurting with her first time cos she has already increased her vaginal wall elasticity?

the width of a tampon and a penis are totally different..so you might feel pain your first time and you might not...it depends on how you take pain

Depends on the woman, how lubricated she gets(excited), how sensitive she is, and of course the size of the man and how slow and easy you do it ..I mean not just jamming it.. go slow ..take time it will be ok..
