im 15, weigh 144lb and am 5'11 and you may still grow a bit, but will still be fairly short, it is really due to your genes, if you eat healthy, especially during childhood, you normally will be taller, and also if you dont smoke, but there is little you can do to grow half a foot now you are 16

unfortunately there isn't any food you eat that makes you taller it goes more on genetics and race.If your parents are short then chances are you probably will be too, it just depends on who you've taken after. But you keep growing taller till you are like 20 or something so you might get 5 inches taller. If you are still growing now then you might grow taller faster by swimming, it is said to make you taller. Just eat healthy food like lots of fruit and veg and play lots of sport it will probably help you grow taller if you don't you still be healthier so you may aswell. I'm kinda short too, im 5'2,14 years and female. I like being short! LOL

Height is genetic, and its too late to get new parents. A well-rounded diet with adequate calcium is all you can do for yourself. Doctors can prescribe growth hormone, but it has bad side effects and docs don't generally do this unless the problem is extreme.

Everyone grows differently. I had my full growth at 15 (I'm 5'11").
I had an uncle who grew 2 more inches after he turned 18.

U can't do a lot... U can eat food rich of vitamins, proteins and those thingies. It's good to run, swim, or play some sport...

ok, get two ropes and for friends. tie your hands together. then tie your feet together. get two friends on each side of your body to start pulling in opposite directions.
