on the pill. get period 4x a year. was supposed to start 3 days ago, i spotted and thats it. could i be prego?

Well, if you've had unprotected sex there's a great possibility you could be pregnant. It's unlikely though since you're on the pill. It sounds like you may just have some messed up hormones since you say you only get your period 4 times a year. You could get a home pregnancy test to be sure. Alot of times birth control causes us to not have periods or have small periods. It all depends on how long you have used birthday control. If a person has used BC for over a year, chances are your body isnt needing to "clean itself out" for this period. Dont worry about it, if it progresses, call you doctor, he/she will have more information. If you are deperate to know like tomorrow, then go to a pharmacy and talk to a pharmasist, bring in your prescription.

I doubt that you prego,,the pill screws with your hormones..which is why your period was light,,If your worried buy a home pregnancy kit, and find out now...Will show whether you are or not, then put your worring aside and get on with your life,,If your then consult your dr. and take it from there....Good Luck..

no you are not pregnant its just that sometimes girls have an irregular period once mine also didn't come for three days and after that it came so just wait .the fact that it spotted is a good sign but however if it still doesn't come see your doctor.
