mmmm a hot bowl of steaming soup on a cold night....few things better in this world. Well maybe a good wine and some crusty french bread to go with it....and somebody nice to share it with.

mmm i love vegetable soup AND tomato basil soup the best.
haven't had leek pumpkin soup...gosh that sounds good!

1- Tomato, especially tomato cream, with 'shavings' of parmesan cheese (not sure it's the right word, I'm Belgian!) & a bit of dried truffle (sounds very sophisticated!)
2- Onion, with truck loads of gruyere cheese & croutons
3- Pumpkin, with a bit of cream...
(I'M SO HUNGRY NOW!!!)
But really, my favorite soups were my grandmother's... I so miss her cooking... Nothing tastes better than what someone made for you especially, with love...

i like a homemade vegetable with chunks of lean meat. I also like creamy potato with melted cheese ontop. I love cooking! The best soups are those you kind of throw a lil of everything in too!
