Libraries - Jurong East Library, Woodlands Library..
Bookshops - Kinokuniya at Ngee Ann City, Borders at Wheelock Place or MPH at Raffles City

You should try the national library at Bugis opposite Parco Bugis Junction they have lots of books

Actually im not from sg but i am graphics/web designer at the sametime webprogrammer. For me it is better to hire a web designer because you request you own design and creativity. if you can just contact me..
