Where can i get the heater without a fan .. i want to use it in the office?

Where can i get the heater without a fan .. i want to use it in the office...and dont want one with the fan to disturb other people + the cubes are not much clean and dont want the dust to fly away and make me sick

You want a radiant heater. They are right alongside the others at Home Depot, Wal*Mart or Lowes.

The radiant heaters are also oil filled and hold the heat for a while too.
