1) That you can run faster than Homeland Security who I would expect to take a VERY dim view of anyone launching rockets these days.

2) That you can run faster than your Bank / Credit loan company - that's assuming you can get the credit in the first place (I expect a anywhere between $30 to $50 million would be enough for a very very very small rocket)

1/ How high is the ceiling. 2/ how thick is the ceiling. 3/ are there floors above the ceiling.
