Cingular buy one samsung phone get three for free?

At the end of cingular commercial they say if you buy one samsung phone get three for free. does anybody know ayhting about this deal? like which phones could be purchased and wouldd it work with reactivation?

The catch is that you have to get on something like a family plan with shared minutes, etc. My sister has something like this for her and her family, and she is spending somethinbg like a "C" note a month of her cell phone bill. Take my advice, you don't get anything for free, it is all a gimmick.
