There is a new commerical for the TV series Monk and there is a song playing about OCD. What is the name and who sings it?

This question has been puzzling me as well, it sounds like a rapper called "Del The Funky Homosapien" he was in a band called "The Gorillaz" I'm not sure if it's him though and I've been looking but nothing is popping up.
