I need to download them for a dial-up connection for a friend.. I went to dell website, and they do not exist. I realize that dial-up is like a dinosaur, but does anyone know where i can go to download the drivers. I am a computer Engineer and I cannot find them. Please Help!

They do exist on Dells Website. Listed under available driver downloads for Windows XP is COMMUNICATION and the Conexant D110,MDC,1.5,v.92 download.

try www.driversguide.com you will have to register but it's free and has tons of drivers. just install the driver to a cd then install on your freinds computer.

If the modem was an upgrade then try the website of the modem manufacturer.
