Industrial Scientific sell T80 and T82 carbon monoxide monitors. They are a little bigger than a packet of cigarettes and can be worn by the user. The T82 has a data logging function as well as the usual Peak, STEL, TWA values.

The unit (I think) can do oxygen with a change of sensor.

It is also possible to get multiple detectors in a single unit. Combined CO, O2, H2S and LEL measuring units are common.

Search on the web for "T82 carbon monoxide monitor" to get a local safety supplier.

There are several that are used for the toxic gases ,granted that is not what u are looking for. Aim is one company and most gas detectors can be calibrated . There are many special sensors available. I did work at one time with a large amount of CO2 and that was when I started to doubt global warming. My unit always showed 1 to 2 parts per million. U might check with your fire departments I think they possible have a CO detector. by simply changing the sensor and calibrating it again. When going into a possible hazardous area make sure u calibrate first.

Gas analyzers. A lot will depend on why, where, how often, how well, and how much of these gases you need to measure as well as how much money you're willing to spend. Gas detectors can be specific to one gas, like Draeger tubes, or be multipurpose, like a quadrapole mass spectrometer.
