you really need to consider more than the pain before you do it. There are many things... do you love him... does he love you.... will he show you respect or does he just want sex? Does he have any diseases.... what if you get pregnant? there is no form of birth control that is 100% safe. Even pulling out wont guarantee it. A sperm lives 5 days in a girl, and you can never be 100% sure when your ovulating. Sex is not to be taken lightly.... For girls it is a very emotional thing, for most guys it is just physical... i said MOST guys. Please talk to an adult that loves you before you make this move, if you do not have one that you can be ope with please feel free to talk to me. I will answer any question for you that I can.
And as for pain... yes, but diff levels for diff women... The first time you will most likely bleed...when your hyman breaks. mine burned, felt like it was ripped and salt was getting inside.

Sex is usually not supposed to hurt. But in some cases, it can. This happens mostly because the women is tensed (makes the vagina muscles tense up, hence the difficult penetration and the pain), when she is not aroused or when there's not enough lubricant. Those are pretty much the most important reasons why sex might hurt. Of course, there are some other one that can cause painful intercourse such as vaginismus (but understand that this is a really really rare condition among women) and some others.
Some say that first time sex hurts. It doesn't for all women. It depends a lot on the factors I mentionned above. But I just want to tell you something else also. The hymen popped thing, is mostly a myth. It's not because a women is a virgin that sex will be painful for her. Because first, some women already have their hymen stretched by the time they first have sex and second, because the hymen is a pretty thin flexible membrane that stretches easily and without always causing pain (tere is no nerve endings in the hymen, so when there's a pain, that's because of the vagina wall to which is attached the hymen)If she's lubricated enough and she's going slowly at it, there shouldn't be any big pain at all.
I hope it helps you a bit.

What hurts is the breaking of the hymen. This is a thin layer of tissue at the opening of the vagina. When having sex the hymen tears and can cause a sharp pain and bleed. It should not be a persistant pain.
Now some girls may break their hymen well before having sex. Girls that do a lot of gymnastics, dancing, or perform a lot of physical activity can sometimes accidently break the hymen. It can also be broken by a doctor if he/she ever needed to do any examination or procedure involving the vulva. And tampons will also break it.
If the hymen is broken, sex shouldn't hurt. If it does, either the guy doesnt know what he is doing, or something is wrong.

For some, it may. It depends on the guy. Your vagina is a very sensitive organ; a few inches in is extremely sensitive and there are some zones where you can't feel anything. Angling and shape matters. Usually the first time does hurt because your body is not used to it and/or the guy may not know how to do it. You're a tad young; but I'm no person to govern your life choices. Just practice safety.

If you're talking about sexual intercourse, then my answer is this: If you are properly and naturally lubricated and relaxed, it should not hurt, BUT if it is your first time, it will hurt a little because tissue is being torn some. It will help also if you two are compatible size wise.

anal sex hurts the first time and it hurts for ages.
it's not a rule that just because your 16 you have to rush out and have sex you know.

Yes, the first time there maybe a sharp pain initially but it goes away quickly (from what I remember, it was so long ago!) After that if there is constant or reoccurring pain then something is wrong.

if by it you mean sex then it really depends on what you are doing and the partner you have...and if you want it too...
if it is your first time and your partner has a large penis you might want to take it slowly, use fingers first and then work it in slowly...make sure you have someone who is willing to consider your comfort and stop if you need to
there is no reason you should be in pain unless that is what you want...

I'm gonna be completely honest, "it" can hurt, but if not rushed it will not. I would have to say, make sure you are properly lubricated, either by your own "juices" or by a non-oil based lubricant. And if YOU are not ready, then just say no.

most women experience some sort of pain on the first time. depends on if u use tampons, or masturbate, or how many times u ahve been fingered. or even how wet u are. i would use lots of lubercant and be on top the first time.
