Yes. You can actually just setup two different playlists, then go into your individual iPOD settings and tell your ipod to only sync with your specific playlists if you two want to keep separate tunes on your respective pods. You will however be able to enjoy all of the music on your PC or MAC

yeah you can have 2 ipods on one computer
me and my brother do that and we share each others music which is Quite good!
but all you do is register as a different user different name and sooo on . . .
