I am glad that this is year is closing. This has been the worst year of my life. I lost my mother. However, I think that the beginning of a New Year is not going to make me feel any better. I think that the whole thinking process of a new year makes people that they can make some changes.
But, you cannot forget the bad things that happened to you.

Christmas used to be the year's happiest days for me, but that was when all I cared about was having a good time. Now that I look back. These past 2 years, I haven't advanced much. Still broke and going further into debt due to student loans. I'm in the situation most college students are, so most people would say it's normal and its nothing to be worried about. But what's gonna happen is those college students who are on the same boat as I am will very likely be running the rat race from the time they get outta college until when they're 30. The most crucial period of someone's life is probably 25-30, and chances are that this period will be wasted paying off bills and having absolutely no savings. Maybe some of us will get lucky and get outta this rat race early enough, but many will have a ****** up life due to this. This is BS. Anyways, Merry Christmas to everyone.

Actually I am both glad AND sad.....

Glad because I have my best friend and husband back from Iraq....and this is our first Chirstmas together in three years..

Sad, because I have seen alot of sadness around me....in my family....my peers....and myself....I feel I need to accomplish more in the coming year....and I hope the same for everyone else...

Happy Holidays

More sad than glad. It's hard to keep the Christmas spirit throughout the year.

Sad, I get myself worked up too much and then I don't like what I get because I was hoping for something extrordinary. This year I got Sweet Home Alabama, Catch Me If You Can, Josh Groban's cd Awake, Cascada's cd Everythime We Touch, a Slushie machine, TMX, a stuffed animal, Jack Sparro poster, Lemonade Tycoon computer game, a bunch of candy, a voice recorder, Stargate Sg1 shirt and a cat notebook. I guess it's pretty good stuff, I dunno, I should be excited, maybe I'm tired.

Actually I'm sad that I didn't accomplished all that I wanted to last year. I look forward to the new year with a lot of hope. May the new year bring end of the terrorism and our airports are as welcoming as ever before.

I am very SAD that Christmas is over.. I love christmas, I love the way Christmas shows are on TV throughout December, how drinking hot coco with whipped cream and candycanes is normal.. How you wrap presents and add little bows for fun. How you go pick out your tree, then decorate it. How you get to listen to great holiday music. Also how malls are decorated. I <3 the season of December its sooo happy and great, I also Love christmas. I even like going 2 church on Christmas Eve.

Working in retail I am GLAD, GLAD, GLAD!! Now it's just going to be people that are nuts for the sales starting tomorrow. Thankfully, I don't have to be back to work until the 27th. :)
