Whats the best way to give a Job two weeks notice if the plant is cloesd for lay off ?

Well if the plant isn't going to open again I don't think it matters. If some people are still working there you could probably just go in and tell them you are giving your two weeks notice. Good luck!

Yikes, that could be tricky. Do you have access to your job web-mail. Can you send an e-mail or contact your boss? Is human resources still open during the plant shut down? Sometimes they still have people in the "business office". Good luck.

Since plant is closed for layoff, no notice is required. Just inform the company if and when they recall you, that you have found another job.

closed for lay off? Not sure what that means exactly....

Best way is to send an email to your boss....if there is no email...send a letter or deliver one.

It really doesn't matter in the end though....because you only have 2 weeks left! yahhhhhhhoooooo!

In writing ....( certified mail ) ....I assume you want to give notice to retain any benifits they might owe you. If it is closed due to layoff I assume you got your last paycheck , then filed for unemployment...in that case no notice is necessary
