unfortunately there is no way to "guarantee" faster Dial-Up service. regardless of what kind of network or software the ISP is using the connection rate between the end user and the ISP will always depend on the line conditions.

No such thing. Some programs are available that makes you think your dial up is faster, by storing some items from frequently viewed web pages on your hard drive, but that's about it.

dial up is fast when u try use basi service, don't download anything , must be at least
