For your information a Burkah has no compulsion in Islam. A burkah is a full body covering veil which covers the face also, and it is not compulsory in the religion. Why are you thinking about young girls private parts? Your ignorance is staggering, and your mind in the gutter.

The veil or the Burkah is necessary for every grown-up Muslim female.
Normally, when the breasts begin to develop, or when the girl reaches puberty the Burkah becomes obligatory for every Muslim lady, particularly the religious-minded ones.

BURQAH IS COMPULSARY ON ADOLESENCE/TEENAGERS, BUT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUNG CHILDREN WEARING BURQAHS. JUST LIKE WHEN WHITE PEOPLE GIVE BABIES A CRUSIFIX OR CHAIN WITH CROSS OR WHEN JEWISH KIDS/TEENAGERS WEAR CAPS.
