What is masterbathing? Sounds interesting. If you're talking about masturbating then yes it is healthy. Not good to never ejaculate - it can cause problems with your prostate. If you are just ejaculating once a day or less then no it's not going to cause a lower sperm count.

Masturbation is not UN-healthy, and doesn't have any side effects that I know of unless you jerk off too hard.
It does not weaken your sperm or reduce your sperm count. After ejaculating though, it may take some time for your body to produce more semen.
Good: 99% of guys who masturbate do it for pleasure, or relief of hornyness.
Bad: Some guys don't like it because it makes them feel "dirty", or for other reasons.
I don't think you wanted to know religious information about it, but every religion has a different belief about masturbation. To find out if it's acceptable or not in your belief system, you could do research on Google, or ask your pastor. For more information look in the FAQ section on my listed source.

Masturbating is indeed a healthy and normal activity from the physical standpoint. Masturbation has been shown to lead to healthier prostates as well as enhanced states of relaxation and increased libido, and has certainly been shown by both the medical and scientific communities to have absolutely no adverse health effect. Anyone who tells you contrary is lying, in denial or just stupid. If any doctor tries to tell you otherwise, I'd suggest finding a new doctor.
The only way you can cause yourself physical harm while masturbating is if you pull to hard, squeeze too hard or do odd things while doing it (autoeroticasphyxiation for one, is potentially lethal). Ordinary masturbation where you don't overexert yourself is as healthy as anything else.
Spritually, however, is a different story. Virtually every religion has some sort of clause against masturbation. Similar to how virtually every religion has a strong belief opposing pre-marital sex. Judging from the high rate of the latter transcending generations I don't think folks listen. It is estimated that upwards of 90% of all American males have masturbated in some form or another by age 15. However your devotion to your religion is something only you can decide. If you believe God will punish you for masturbating, then don't do it. If you believe God will understand, then go for it.
To sum it up, physically: jack away. Spiritually: you've gotta decide for yourself.

Ever hear the saying "use it or lose it"...well it is true!!

NO! Masturbation is not healthy.
There are BOTH - spiritual and physical repercussions for both sexes.
The physical loss for both sexes is a gradually decreasing sensitivity - so gradual that you will not notice any change - because the real contact, for both male and female sexually-sensitive areas, is made to be softer and more delicate than what we employ when we masturbate.
The hard skin of guys' hands or other inanimate objects are not akin to the soft, smooth epithelial tissue of the female vagina at all.
The result often is that after some time of engaging masturbatory methods, a proper engagement of the female vagina is often not stimulating enough to bring the intended excitement designed.
Thus, one can be tempted to engage more and more techniques and ideas for stimulating the penis sufficiently to elicit a maximal pleasureable response from it.
So, the first "side effect" is a lessening of sensitivity for maximum natural pleasure.
This acts similarly re female masturbation.
Spiritually, the explanation is more complex.
But basically, the intimacy of personal connection between two people who find their maximal stimulation and intimate pleasure from 'outside' the immediate connection of the two involved lessen the bond that pure sex with only each other sets up.
Does that answer your question?
