I would say that the elections are fixed, that no one would vote for Bush but that's not true.

One good thing about the US is that we're free to vote for whoever we want.

Maybe people vote for Bush because they have low self esteem and like to have someone to make fun of, and feel like they're better than the President.

I can't understand why our president still enjoys a 30 % approval rating either. I never voted for him. I have always rejected Bush and his administration. He wasn't elected by a majority in 2000, and electronic voting was manipulated to give him a majority in 2004. Disapproval was at such a high level by the November elections, 2006, that no amount of cheating could help him out this time. Too many people made an overwhelming statement, even people supposedly that were once on his side, were disapproving of him. Finally, maybe some are waking up to what great harm he has brought to the USA, and the world as well.
Most are afraid to tell the truth, out of fear. Anyone, at any time, for any reason, may be put on a list for surveillance, if they are considered suspect, or a possible danger.

I am sure in that 30-35 percent you get a whole barrage of opinions. I am sure some people love him, some tolerate him and others in that 30-35% know there is only 2 more years left in his administration, so why rock the boat. While I am certain there are many Americans who would like to see him impeached I would bet most would like to see this last two years build a more unified and healed nation. An impeachment hearing only makes the political enemy feel more superior with that smug I told you so attitude.

The voters, half of them liberals working for or supported by the government, and the rest of the working people, are bombarded daily with leftist media brianwash.... Small wonder we have a country left... Our basic direction is to stop the genocides that are happening around the world... not a good idea in the eyes of the limp wrist wet legged liberals.... Let em all die, let (oops) God sort em out... THAT is what's wrong with american voters...

you're immediately biased because of the fact the only tips you're receiving is that presented you via the media, it quite is notoriously liberal. specific - we ought to constantly be balloting based upon a candidate's comments and concepts. regrettably, we don't know what their actual time table is. there is a lot b.s. going around - this is no longer a clean ingredient, this is been around for generations, this is in order that lots extra seen - curiously a candidate's opinion adjustments someplace between 2:00 pm and a couple of:01 pm. no one ought to vote for or against Palin because of the fact she's a woman. no one ought to vote for or against Obama because of the fact he's black. because of the fact we don't receive each and every of the tips we could desire to make an recommended determination (i like to think of I a minimum of attempt and do use countless information sources to try this) we oftentimes land up balloting for the single that we expect of is maximum like us. This leads us to believe that they are going to make judgements comparable to those we'd make have been we of their place. this is Bull Crap. despite the fact that this is the only ingredient we've to pass on. what's certainly incorrect with American electorate is they fail to do any autonomous analyze, watch the 6:00 information with their dinner and, if this is a effective day and handy for them, provide up via the polling place and swap the lever. maximum individuals who're legally entitled to vote - do no longer. there have been extra votes forged for final 12 months's American Idol than interior the final Presidential race. i come across this APPALLING!

Funny isn't it?

He gets approval ratings and all of the sudden Americans are stupid....

Why can't you accept that the majority of Americans like President Bush? Doesn't that make you the minority here?

Maybe it's just that liberals and democrats are the bigger whiners and crybabies of the group, that's why your "voice" is heard so much more in the media while the conservatives and republicans just sit back and know that we've made the right decisions all along.

I'd like to say "it's not the voters". The system is messed up, you say Bush, I say Clinton, he was in a scandle EVERY YEAR he was in office, from sex to whitewater, but the Americans still liked him. He praised himself for opening 6,000,000 new jobs, NO, they opened up 3 million new walmarts, who can live on that? I say get rid of the electorial system, go on popular vote. You have to have 51% to win, if there are 3 runners (Dem/Rep/Ind), and no one gets 51%, drop the bottom person and go back to the poles. It's a voting system that is messed up and the only ones that can't see it are the ones running for office.

The people's votes are not what make those "percentage rates", it s ALL rigged by the government. EVERY Election is rigged.
Every voting thing is Rigged.

Proof? well, by the second election, there were more people that didn t like Bush then God himself could count.

YET Bush STILL won the Election !!??!!

Nope, it s not the people s government Anymore, and they do not choose the decisions anymore.

The government controlls all .

If you want proof, just look around you.

Clinton was impeached for having se x with someone....thats not a big crime......Yet Bush sends hundreds of usa citizens to be killed in a selfish act of war...which the people themselves are against.....and Bush is Not impeached.....!!!??!!!

Try and figure that one out.

In many instances, I believe it is a lack of information or understanding of the important issues facing our nation.

How else can you explain the large number of people who can't seem to grasp the fact that the Islamic radicals' objectives don't include a free nation such as the United States - regardless of our foreign policies?

That would be 35% of the less than 50% of the Americans registered to vote. More than half of Americans are more concerned with their daily lives than what is happening in Washington D.C. Of course only half of those who register bother to vote anyway so it could be 35% of the 25% who actually vote.
