1.Chocolate shadow - apply heaviest layer along the lash line (wet the shadow) and then with a dry brush, add less and less shadow until it disappears just as you reach the crease.2.Apply a touch of ivory highlighter on the brow bone. This makes the eyes look larger. (Ivory as a highlighter works better than white.)3.Wet an eyeliner brush and pick up a substantial amount of chocolate shadow and follow the lash line from the outer corner inward.4.Using a 3x magnifying mirror, apply mascara, especially coating the inner AND outer most lashes. These are most often missed. 5.Sweep a little chocolate shadow beneath the lower lashes.

Don't use browns if You have brown eyes! A big NO NO.
You can try using soft golds, greys even if you're braver brighter colours like purples burgundys, greens. You have lots to chose from. The main rule would be to avoid anything too earthy as it will make you look washed out and drained. And use soft pinks on your cheeks and lips.
Hope this helps :-)

I have the same colour eyes and hair, fair skin. I wear pretty much any colour eye shadow i want, but my favourite is smokey eyes, but what you can do with you skin, is get a tinted moisturiser, and that will give your skin a glow but not making it look pale.

I'd just like to start by saying you sound very pretty, and you should try to emphasis your eyes and make them stand out by trying a dark but natural shade on the eye - lid, a colour like earthy brown and that will be followed by a slightly lighter shade so make your eyes look stunning!

Me too!!! (naturally i have dark hair) Okay, i use this almost black/green eyeshadow; it's a very dark green that looks almost black, but it isn't. Its by a Canadian company called Quo....get it at Shoppers Drup Mart; I think it was called "Envy" but don't think they make it any more. MAC has a color that is called Tarnish that i'm going to get. Brings out the green flecks in my brown eyes; rememeber, oppoisite shadow colors from your eyecolor...and light colors do nothing for dark eyes.

I personally think that earthy tones such as dark greens, and browns would be perfect for your eyes. The only thing you need to watch out for is really dark colors because it may make you look even paler. Well, I hope this will help you :)

I have the same as you and i use a light brown shadow over my whole eyelid then i use a smaller brush and put dark brown on my eyelid crease but make sure you sweep it upward towards your outer eye. Navy blue eyeliner on the inside lash lines and then lashings of waterproof mascara, its very dramatic and you'll look sultry and great

I'd say wear light greens, light browns, and light blues.
I'm a brunette myself, with brown eyes and pale skin! ^_^

Go for a black khol pencil just above your eyelashes all the way along your eye, then go over that with a black eyeshadow ( the only reason being, the eyeshadow keeps it there all night) then draw a line on the line where you pull your bottom eyelid down (stay with me!) Then, put your masscara on. Result? seductive, smokey, sexy eyes.
