my bf and i just got rid of our 3 phones.
we found the recepetion quite poor.
also it was a real hassle to cancel it...
we asked them to cut us off.
month later we received another bill - we were shocked since we tnhought the lines were disconnected...but turns out that the person we spoke to in their call centre never cancelled our contracts!! they had no record on their system and we had to end up paying line rental for a month - during which time we didnt even use our phones!! that was £35 x 2 = £70!! when we siad didnt want to pay and that it was unfair...and they can check that our phones were switched off.....never used them for the entire month beliving that they were disconnected......they refused to accept that...or even waive off part of the whopping £70....threatning us that if we didnt pay - our names would be passed on to debt collectors and hence affecting our credit rating!!....since we were applying for a mortgage...we didnt want to take the risk and had to pay this unfair £70 charge.
So, in a nutshell...rubbish reception, rubbish customer service.
i am now with O2. they are excellent - good recption, excellent customer service - no long queues on the phone (with three the average wait is 10 to 15 minutes to speak with customer service), decent price plans and excellent range of phones top chose from. I also have a T Mobile phone (supplied by employers) - they are also good - but once again - takes ages to get through customer service.

Get it from a Three store,stay away from call centres,has that's a headache,and stay away from cash back.Three network is good,as 88% is 3g,and rest falls onto o2 which is 99% coverage

No.3 is the dearest network what you can get.Plus they cause you hassle.They even offered to take my friend mum to court for not paying a 200 pound bill.And she didnt even run up 200 pounds.

Boys that age love autos and automobiles whilst women love princesses. make beneficial it somewhat is wonderful and colourful and the photos/gadgets are sufficiently enormous that they are in a position to be sure them honestly yet can no longer attain up and pull them off (I lost some mobiles that way till I found out to dangle them larger).
