Northumberland, Lancashire and Cornwall, they dont wear shoes, but only Cornwall is in the south

Not exactly south but MISSOURI. I live near the Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas border and let me tell you there are a lot of hicks around hear. My brother-in-law is one of the worst, bless his heart. He goes outside of their mobile home onto their porch in his underwear to see who's there or what's going on. I think the beer drinking around here helps account for the level of "hickishness". But a fine bunch of hicks we all are.

I'm sure there are some in every state that would not meet you
standards. There are plenty of good people in every group. Why single out this one, or the south for that matter. This is not the
category for jokes. Being a racist is not attractive.
